HAZOP Facilitation Training

Inherent are excited to offer our in-house designed HAZOP Facilitation Training Course located in our new training room across the causeway in Victoria Park.

Course Syllabus
This course delivers training in practical HAZOP facilitation. It provides attendees with the skills and knowledge to become proficient HAZOP Facilitators. Training includes the methods of a HAZOP as found in Australian Standard AS IEC 61882-2003. The course runs over two days and includes various mock HAZOP scenarios, with all attendees having the opportunity to practice HAZOP facilitation skills.

Prerequisites to the course
Participants should:

• Have a technical background in an engineering discipline
• Be able to read and understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs)
• Be able to understand and communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of typical process hazards applicable in their place of work and the need for and types of applicable safeguards
